At Bakerhill Associates, we work with high-net-worth clients and professional landlords to provide specialist landlord insurance that protects your investments, income, and liabilities, all backed by providers authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Whether you own a single buy-to-let or a diversified property portfolio, our landlord insurance solutions are designed to cover far more than just bricks and mortar, offering real peace of mind in the face of risk, damage, or tenant-related issues.

Core Cover Includes:

  • Buildings and contents cover against fire, flood, storm, theft, vandalism, and falling trees.

  • Home emergency assistance for unexpected issues requiring urgent repair (e.g. heating, plumbing, electrical faults).

Contents-only cover is available in cases where buildings insurance is managed by a third party, such as in leasehold flats.
